Compensation

• $46–$75 per visit/hour (Pay based on experience, location, and employment type)
• W-2 and 1099 opportunities
• Full-time and part-time schedules available

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment to pediatric patients in their homes
• Implement treatment plans created by supervising Occupational Therapists
• Document services and patient progress
• Educate caregivers on home programs
• Communicate regularly with supervising therapists
• Maintain accurate clinical records

Qualifications

Current Arizona COTA license, CPR certification, Article 9 certification, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Previous pediatric experience is welcomed but not required.
