Job Description

Responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service in accordance with the U.S. Bank customer service expectations. Works a specified schedule (less than 20 hours per week) during peak business times in a branch. Accountable for sales and service activities in all Consumer Banking branch locations (Metro, Community, and In-Store On-Site). Responsible for assessing and handling customers' banking needs, obtaining and processing customer/account information and selling bank deposit and loan products and services. Utilizes the Customer Engagement Cycle to profile customers and identify opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

-National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including, but not limited to maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record
-One or more years of related banking experience or commensurate training in sales and customer service experience
-High School Diploma or equivalent

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - 23.00
