Entry-Level Paver Installer

Krügel Cobbles, Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Entry-Level Paver Installer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning a skilled trade and building a long-term career in the hardscape industry.

No previous paver installation experience is required. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, works well with a team, and takes pride in completing quality work.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with installing brick paver patios, driveways, walkways, steps, and other outdoor living projects

• Help excavate and prepare job sites

• Install and compact gravel base materials

• Assist with grading, leveling, and screeding sand

• Carry, cut, and place brick pavers

• Install edging and apply polymeric sand

• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Follow instructions from the Crew Foreman

• Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications

• No previous hardscape experience required

• Willingness to learn the paver installation trade

• Dependable and able to arrive at work on time

• Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions

• Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and kneeling

• Comfortable using hand tools and power equipment after receiving training

• Able to work cooperatively as part of a crew

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Work Schedule

• $19.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications 
• Seasonal position, generally from April through early December

• Monday through Friday

• Typical hours: 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Overtime may be available depending on workload and weather
