What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and help patients schedule appointments
- Maintain an efficient and organized schedule
- Help patients understand treatment, insurance, and financial options
- Coordinate with clinical team members to support patient care
- Follow up with patients and help keep treatment plans on track
- Deliver an exceptional experience at every interaction
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive, and service-oriented personality
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who takes initiative and enjoys helping others
- Dental experience is a plus, but not required
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
