Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) and our family of affiliated brands — including Prime Diagnostic Imaging, Memorial MRI & Diagnostic, Desert Imaging, Foundation Physicians Group, and SignatureRx — are seeking a reliable and professional Patient Services Representative who is passionate about helping patients and coordinating care with integrity and excellence.

What you DO

Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and a welcoming experience
Verify referrals and authorizations and confirm exam preparation
Collect co-pays and manage patient records and accounts
Schedule appointments and walk-ins with valid doctor’s orders
Provide clear communication and support throughout the patient visit

What you BRING

High School diploma or GED
Strong communication and multitasking skills
A warm and professional demeanor
Previous healthcare or front office experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
