Description

We are seeking a hands-on Patient Coordinator Specialist to own the day-to-day management of our patient referrals and set up their onboarding into RxDiet. 
This full-time remote role is in the United States. You must be living in the United States. At this time, we cannot provide sponsorship for this role.

Key Responsibilities

You will be instrumental in ensuring patients are accurately loaded into our system, handling referral inaccuracies, coordinating with referral navigators, and ensuring RxDiet patients have the best possible experience when starting with our service. This is an opportunity to make a big impact on a small team by providing a great patient experience, ensuring accuracy, and having strong communication inside and outside the company.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in healthcare
• Must have worked directly with healthcare patients and providers previously
• Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and startup mindset
• You are interested in food-as-medicine, startups, and community health.
