Shift Detail: Per diem Unit Secretary position with varying shift hours 5:00am-7:30p, based on department needs.

Job Description:
The CIA through communication, requisitioning and management of supplies and equipment, coordinates the activities of the nursing staff, the patient, the physician, other hospital departments and visitors. He/she performs general receptionist and clerical duties in order to facilitate efficient functioning of the nursing unit.
Qualifications
• High school graduate or equivalent, additional education preferred.
• One-two years of administrative experience is preferred.
• Requires good keyboarding and PC skills, good communication, telephone skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and proficiency in use of various office machinery.
• Must be able to multi task and set priorities.
