Front Desk Coordinator – Flu Clinic

Immediate opening: We are seeking a friendly, organized Front Desk Coordinator to support an upcoming corporate flu clinic in downtown Washington, DC. This is a straightforward, non-clinical role focused on greeting patients, assisting with check-in paperwork and keeping patient flow organized while the nursing team administers vaccinations.

No medical license or certification is required, and you will not administer vaccines or perform clinical procedures. Virtual training and clear instructions will be provided before the clinic.

Only available September 17? You may still apply. Availability for both clinic dates is preferred, but candidates who can cover either date will be considered. Additional per diem clinic opportunities may be offered based on availability and business needs.

What you’ll do

• Greet patients and assist with check-in.
• Help patients complete required forms.
• Keep the waiting and check-in areas organized.
• Direct patients to the appropriate nurse.
• Answer basic non-clinical questions.
• Support the clinic team with simple administrative tasks.
• Help maintain an efficient and welcoming patient flow.

What we’re looking for

• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable interacting with patients in a professional office setting.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy requirements.
• Customer service, reception, front desk, administrative or patient-facing experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to commute reliably to G Street NW in Washington, DC.
• Must bring own laptop/tablet to work.
