Pathologist Per Diem for St. Joseph's Hospital

Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist to join our Department of Pathology at St. Joseph's Hospital on a per diem basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pathologist looking for a flexible schedule while working in a collaborative hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose surgical pathology and cytology specimens.
• Interpret clinical laboratory findings and provide pathology consultations.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support high-quality patient care.
• Ensure accurate, timely pathology reports.
• Participate in quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP).
• Eligible for or licensed to practice medicine in New York.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
