Key Responsibilities
Safely assist passengers needing wheelchair or mobility support
Provide directions, information, and customer service to passengers
Coordinate with dispatchers and gate agents
Complete incident reports and logs as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Must pass drug and alcohol testing
Ability to lift, carry, or hold 75 lbs.
Reliable transportation and phone
Completion of Huntleigh and airline-specific training
Physical / Work Conditions
Standing, bending, squatting, and lifting throughout the shift
Fast-paced indoor airport environment
Flight schedules may vary; some early or late shifts possible
