About the Role:
Are you a night owl with a knack for numbers and a passion for hospitality? DoubleTree by Hilton Greeley at Lincoln Park is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our overnight team.
In this role, you’ll ensure a smooth and secure guest experience during the night shift while performing essential end-of-day financial audits and reports. You’ll be the go-to person for late-night arrivals, early departures, and any guest needs that arise after hours.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform nightly audits of hotel revenue and transactions.
- Reconcile and balance daily financial activity and prepare reports for management.
- Check guests in and out, handle reservations, and respond to inquiries.
- Monitor the property for safety and security during overnight hours.
- Resolve guest concerns or emergencies with professionalism and care.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Follow all Hilton brand standards, safety protocols, and cash handling procedures.

- Quiet, overnight hotel lobby setting with minimal supervision.
- Independent, guest-focused, and detail-oriented work environment.
- Frequent standing, walking, and interaction with guests.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours.
- Proficiency in hotel systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
