Parts Operations Support Team Member

21st Century Equipment, LLC is hiring a customer‑focused Parts Operations Support Team Member to support customers and internal teams through remote parts sales and service. This position plays a key role in handling calls, processing online orders, and supporting after‑hours customer needs in a professional dealership environment.

Compensation

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries across the company

• Provide remote parts sales, support, and solutions

• Process online orders accurately and efficiently

• Sell parts and services and accept payments over the phone

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

• Support after‑hours customer solutions

• Use ExpertConnect to ensure timely responses

• Follow established processes and procedures

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in agricultural parts

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Basic understanding of online selling

• Ability to learn JDParts Advisor and CDK systems

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and computer‑based work

Physical Requirements

• Extended periods of sitting and computer use

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
