We are looking to hire a reliable and talented person to be our Parts Dispatcher. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, possess strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, and dependable. This person must also be comfortable working on multiple projects at once; enjoy challenging tasks and be able to handle changing priorities.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Establish delivery routes
Assign vehicles and drivers for the conveyance of freight
Maintain vehicle list for the parts department
Record time of departure, destination, cargo, and expected time of return
Investigate overdue vehicles
Assist other store personnel in keeping the warehouse area clean, organized, and stocked
Be flexible to new responsibilities and assignments

Qualifications
Must have at least one year of verifiable employment
Experience working in a busy, fast paced environment

8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Non-exempt position
