Transport Refrigeration of NW Arkansas, your local Thermo King dealer, is looking for a Parts Clerk to join our growing team in Lowell, AR.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in automotive parts, truck and trailer parts, heavy-duty parts, warehouse operations, inventory, or shipping and receiving who enjoys hands-on work and staying organized.

You'll help manage parts inventory, receiving, shipping, stocking, and parts orders while supporting our technicians and customers.

💰 Pay, Schedule & Benefits

$23.00–$26.00/hour, based on experience
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
No regular weekend schedule

🔩 What You’ll Do

Receive, inspect, organize, and stock truck, trailer, and refrigeration parts
Handle shipping and receiving, including packaging, labeling, and invoicing
Operate a forklift to load and unload deliveries
Pull and accurately identify parts and part numbers
Maintain organized parts inventory and assist with inventory counts
Process parts returns and assist with warranty-related parts
Build A/C hoses, kits, and custom parts orders
Assist technicians with parts needs
Provide parts support to customers and vendors
Help maintain accurate inventory records
Keep the parts and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe

👀 What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience with automotive, truck, trailer, heavy-duty, refrigeration, or industrial parts preferred
Experience in parts, warehouse, inventory, or shipping & receiving preferred
Willingness to successfully complete forklift certification course
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software
Ability to accurately identify and locate parts
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly and 75 lbs. occasionally
Ability to work overtime or travel for training when needed
Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
