Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Position Overview:
This position will be based out of our San Luis Obispo, CA location.

We are looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Associate (20 to 25 hours) to help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands on work, has great attention to detail, and wants to be part of the growing renewable energy industry. This role requires work Monday through Friday, with ideal hours between 12pm and 4pm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Track, organize, and maintain solar panels, inverters, mounting hardware, and other solar components
• Accept deliveries, inspect incoming shipments, and ensure accurate documentation
• Keep warehouse shelves stocked, labeled, and organized for easy access
• Pick, pack, and prepare solar equipment for installation teams
• Conduct regular inventory audits and report any discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse space
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary)

Requirements

• Prior warehouse or inventory management experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems, or willingness to learn
• Ability to work well with others in a fast paced environment
• Forklift certification preferred; if not certified, must be willing to undergo training

Pay for this position is $20 to $23.50 per hour, depending on experience. This role is eligible for free Teladoc (general medical and mental health) sessions.
