Uxbridge Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly, dependable Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team.
As an AAHA-accredited hospital, we are committed to providing high-quality veterinary care while creating a welcoming, supportive environment for our clients, patients, and team members.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to be part of a collaborative veterinary team.
Schedule
- Part-time position
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays
What You’ll Do
As a Veterinary CSR, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our clients and play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they call or walk through our doors.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and assisting with check-in and check-out
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to client questions
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Updating client and patient information
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating client needs and messages to the veterinary team
- Assisting with prescription and food pickup
- Responding to emails and completing general administrative tasks
- Providing compassionate support to clients during both routine and difficult visits
- Helping maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Veterinary or healthcare experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning veterinary practice management software
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working a rotating Saturday schedule
