Part Time - Valet Waste Technician - $340 - $470 biweekly

Job Details: Job Location: Little Elm Area(D&Landings) - TX 76227, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 7:00 PM – Approximately 9:30 PM

Pay: $340 - $470 biweekly (paid biweekly) + Paid Holidays

We're looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals to join our team. As a Valet Trash Technician, you'll work independently at an assigned apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean.

Responsibilities:

Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
Document resident non-compliance violations.
Complete routes safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:
Pickup truck required
18+ years of age 
Ability to lift and walk with up to 50 lbs.
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Ability to work in inclement weather
Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you as a driver on the policy
Smartphone with a data plan and working camera
