Responsibilities for Part-time Title Clerk/Office Clerk 

• Take in title from customers
• Make trips to the DMV to process title work when needed
• Verify the accuracy of all titles 
• Print checks after the titles are accepted
• Prepare title work for the buyer
• Mail titles to buyers
• Answer phone calls
• Greet customers
• Help with daily payments as they come in

Work Hours for Part-time Title Clerk/Office Clerk

• Part-time work schedule
• Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30 - 5:00
• Monday or Friday, based on business needs

Requirements

Requirements for Part-time Title Clerk/Office Clerk

• 1+ years of automotive title experience
• At least 18 years of age 
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Good computer skills (Microsoft)
• Detail-oriented 
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
