Part Time Staff Assistant, Career Services

Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Services and under the supervision of the Manager of Career Services, the Staff Assistant provides administrative and customer service support for Career Services. The incumbent maintains knowledge of Career Services programs, services, and procedures, as well as general knowledge of the College and its academic divisions to provide accurate information, make appropriate referrals, and support departmental and institutional initiatives.Often serving as a first point of contact for students, alumni, community job seekers, employers, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders, the Staff Assistant delivers exceptional customer service through a proactive, person-centered approach. Responsibilities include coordinating office operations, maintaining records, supporting career and recruitment initiatives, assisting with events, and performing a variety of administrative functions.The successful candidate is organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment while working both independently and collaboratively. Occasional evening hours may be required to support departmental and college events
