Part-Time | Approximately 16 hours per week across 3 days

Spring Oak Senior Living at Lexington is seeking a dependable Part-Time Shuttle Bus Driver to transport residents to medical appointments, shopping trips, recreational outings, and other scheduled activities.

This position involves driving our 12-passenger, wheelchair-accessible lift bus and assisting residents as needed. Experience transporting seniors or individuals with mobility needs is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents using company-provided vehicles.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Safely operate the wheelchair lift and assist residents with mobility needs.
• Provide patient, courteous, and respectful service.
• Follow all traffic laws and safe-driving practices.
• Communicate with residents and team members regarding transportation schedules.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of company vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum of three years of licensed driving experience.
• Clean and acceptable driving record.
• Dependable, punctual, patient, and safety-conscious.
• Comfortable driving a 12-passenger wheelchair-accessible lift bus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with mobility needs preferred.
