Part-Time Helper – Cold Factor Heating & Air (Dallas-Fort Worth)
Cold Factor Heating & Air, a family-owned HVAC company in DFW, is looking for a reliable part-time helper to support our shop and local marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:- Keep the shop clean and organized (sweeping, trash, organizing parts/tools, general tidiness)- Run local errands (picking up supplies, dropping off paperwork, parts store runs)- Hang door hangers and flyers in assigned neighborhoods- Help load/unload trucks and equipment as needed- Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For:- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license- Able to be on your feet and lift up to 30-40 lbs- Comfortable working independently once given a task list- Punctual, trustworthy, and detail-oriented- Prior experience not required — just a strong work ethic
Details:- Part-time, flexible hours (approx. 20 hours/week)- Pay: $14]/hour- Location: [Cold Factor shop address / DFW service area]- Some outdoor work required (door hanger routes)
