Job Description
INFINITI of Cincinnati of the Joseph Automotive Group, is seeking a reliable and professional Valet Driver to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. As a Valet Driver, you will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient vehicle pick up and delivery services to our customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from arrival to departure. You will also be providing shuttle services for customers requesting a ride to their home, job, or desired location.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers at designated call times to arrange vehicle pick up/drop off.
- Ensure the safety and security of all vehicles while in your care.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and requests politely and efficiently.
- Help manage traffic flow in the parking areas to maximize space and safety.
- Report any vehicle damage or incidents immediately to management.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to varying days depending on work load.
