What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and deliver an exceptional service experience
- Recommend tires, repairs, and services based on customer needs
- Explain vehicle recommendations in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Perform visual inspections and document findings
- Help maintain showroom appearance and inventory standards
- Work closely with technicians and teammates to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable recommending products and services
- Organized with strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs and assist with shop flow when needed
- Weekend availability preferred
