Part-Time Server

Esplanade Golf and Country Club at Lakewood Ranch, located in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part- Time Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

As season approaches, Esplanade Golf & Country Club at Lakewood Ranch is looking for friendly, dependable, and hospitality-driven Part-Time Servers to join our Food & Beverage team.

Our Food & Beverage operation includes multiple dining venues, member events, private functions, wine dinners, themed events, and an active social calendar. We are looking for team members who enjoy working with people, thrive in a team environment, and take pride in providing great service.

What You'll Do-

• Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food, cocktails, wine, and other beverages
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
• Assist with dining room, patio, bar, and event service
• Work closely with culinary, bartenders, and fellow service team members
• Help with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities
• Learn our menus, specials, events, and club service standards
• Create a welcoming experience and build relationships with our members

What We're Looking For-

• Positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous restaurant, club, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
