Part-time Sales Support Associate

Pay:  $17.00 per hour

Hours: 10 - 20 hours per week

Schedule: Remote, but Cincinnati OH preferred

GAI, a Federal government IT partner focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, and Cyber Security, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Part-Time Sales Support Associate to work with our Inside Sales and Customer Service Representatives. Sales Support Associate  Day-to-Day (tasks can vary by team need):

• Provide administrative support to Inside Sales and Customer Service Representatives
• Identify and contact sales prospects within the assigned accounts using outbound calling
• Update ERP with proposal/bid information
• Use Salesforce to document leads and report sales
• Track and trace orders for sales team and customers
• Continuous online training with Original Equipment Manufacturers
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field sales and trade show activity
• Set appointments with key customers and OEM’s for Field partner
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
• Other duties as assigned

What you Bring to the Table

• You are an effective communicator, both written and verbal
• You have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills and are able to work successfully with cross-functional teams – outgoing and friendly
• You are resourceful and have strong problem-solving skills
• You are service-oriented and responsive to internal and external customer's requests with appropriate level of urgency 
• Be reliable and able to work 10 hours a week

What You Will Need to be Successful

• High School Diploma
• Strong desire to learn
• Residence within a SBA Certified HUBZone for the last 6 months and not planning to move
