As a Part-Time Sales Associate at cabi Outlet, you'll be the friendly face that turns a quick stop into someone's new favorite find. You'll help clients discover pieces that make them feel confident and put-together, keep the sales floor looking its best, and be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together. If you love styling, connecting with people, and staying busy, this role is for you.
Pay: $15–$17/hour, based on experience
What You'll Do
- Bring energy and warmth to every customer interaction, offering styling advice and personalized recommendations
- Build genuine relationships with clients so they keep coming back
- Get to know the product inside and out — you'll be the go-to for styling tips and fit advice
- Help the store run smoothly: processing shipments, restocking, merchandising, and keeping things neat and welcoming
- Jump in wherever the team needs you, on the floor or in the back
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in
What We're Looking For
- A people-person with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a great attitude
- Comfortable picking up basic computer and retail systems
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you the rest
- Flexibility to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, move around the store, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Our shopping experience takes place in the comfort of a home (our alternative store) where a personal Stylist provides a unique styling experience, sharing an unedited designer collection to a group of friends. It is as if the boutique store is rolled right into women’s living rooms. Cabi Stylists get to know each woman’s personal style, what works and what doesn’t work for them, and over time, they become their trusted go-to fashion resource. Cabi Stylists guide and inspire their clients to discover new looks that will give them 110% confidence in the choices they’ve made and leave them feeling like their best, most authentic self.
