What You'll Do

• Provide individualized nutrition assessments and care plans in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Provide nutrition care to diverse patient populations, including individuals with mood and addiction disorders, disordered eating patterns, and chronic conditions such as renal and cardiac disease.
• Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, OT/ST staff, and therapists as part of an interdisciplinary team to promote patients' overall wellness and mental and physical health.
• Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and facility staff.
