What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive nutrition assessments for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Deliver one-on-one and group nutrition education for patients with mood, eating and substance use disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
• Monitor nutritional status and recommend appropriate nutrition interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to improve nutrition outcomes.
• Make a meaningful impact by using Food as Medicine to improve patients' quality of life.
