The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and prospective applicants while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the property. This position assists with resident communication, office organization, scheduling, work order intake, and general administrative support for the management team.

The Receptionist is responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment while assisting residents, coordinating communication, and supporting operational efficiency across the property. This role requires strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. #ZR

Work Hours & Benefits:

• Hours: Hours will vary, but mainly consist of evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Benefits: We offer paid time off (PTO) based on longevity.
• Compensation: $15-$16 per hour based on experience.
