Job Details: Job Location: Penn Hills - Pittsburgh, PA, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00Hourly, Job Category: Admin - Clerical, Part-Time Receptionist
Pay: $15–$17 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 8:30 AM–1:00 PM, with occasional shifts from 1:00 PM–6:00 PM
We are looking for a dependable and professional Receptionist to join our office team.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet and assist visitors
Prepare and type letters and other office correspondence
Perform general office
Use Microsoft Office for daily tasks
Maintain an organized and professional office environment
Qualifications: Requirements
Previous office experience required
Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to write professional letters and correspondence
Friendly, reliable, and professional
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
