Clinical Therapist Job Description
We are looking for therapists who possess our core values: flexibility, warmth, love of having fun, lifetime learner/hard worker, loyalty, professional and team-oriented. We are all going to work together so let's make sure we align on our values.

Part Time position available: must be available to work evenings and weekends (Florida residents only)

We are looking for therapists who specialize in youth, including children and teens.
1099 45/55 (counselor/agency) split fee position for a therapist whose niche is in one of these areas (split could go up over time based on performance and certifications).

Minimal Qualification Requirements

• Masters’ degree or higher in counseling, MFT, or social work
• Active Registered Intern license (or recent graduates in process of obtaining license) A copy must be provided to Breaking Free Services.

Other Qualification Preferences (it just helps but not a must)

• Prior experience in the private practice setting
• Willingness to learn & grow one’s breadth of practice
• Desire to be active in the community & make connections to build the practice
• Ready to not only LOVE what you do but L OVE where you get to do it at!
• Excited to be a part of our vision and desire to make a difference with a growing group practice. 

• What we do for you:
• Daily support to staff or collaborate on cases with our Clinical Director 
• Discounted weekly qualified supervision for RMHCIs.
• We pay you AHEAD of time. That's right....unlike other group practices, you get paid every two weeks on your billable hours while WE work on collecting the money
• We give you clients to begin to build up your caseload. Once they are on your schedule, you work with your clients to see them based on your schedule and have autonomy with doing so.

Pay:Contract split 45/55 (clinician/practice). YOU make your own schedule (based on office availability)
