Iris Telehealth is seeking a PMHNP licensed in Minnesota to provide care to adult patients in a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) outpatient setting for 24 hours per week. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners while expanding access to high-quality behavioral health care. You'll be supported by dedicated nursing and administrative teams—so you can focus on what matters most: patient care.

About the Role: 

• Setting: Hybrid On-Site/Remote – Join a CCBHC outpatient clinic based in Owatonna, Minnesota
• Schedule: 24 hours per week, with flexibility regarding which weekdays are worked, Monday–Friday. The preferred hybrid schedule includes 1–2 days on-site per week, with openness to discussing alternative hybrid arrangements.
• Patient Population: Adults ages 18+, with diagnoses including SPMI, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, schizophrenia, and other general community mental health diagnoses.
• Appointments: 60 minutes for initial visits and 20–40 minutes for follow-up visits, based on patient acuity.
• Role Support: You’ll have dedicated nursing support to assist with vitals, patient phone calls, prior authorizations, and other clinical support needs, giving you more time to focus on patient care.
• Collaborative Environment: We are seeking a flexible provider who excels in teamwork and communication and is willing to work closely with a dedicated and supportive care team to meet patient needs effectively.

Qualifications: 

• An active PMHNP license in the state of Minnesota is required
• Must be able to practice autonomously as a PMHNP in Minnesota
• Minimum of 2 years of prescribing experience post-PMHNP certificate preferred
• Availability for 24 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with flexibility regarding the specific weekdays worked
• Willingness and ability to work a hybrid schedule, with 1–2 on-site days per week preferred
• Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 18+
• Experience with community mental health diagnoses, including SPMI, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and schizophrenia, and a willingness to treat patients across varying acuity levels
• PMHNP ANCC Board Certification (We do not currently offer opportunities for PMHCNS)
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
