Absolute Dental is seeking a caring and dependable Part-Time Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our team! This position has a consistent schedule every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

💰 Pay & Incentives

💲 $18–$19/hour, depending on experience
🎉 $750 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
🗓 Part-time schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Compensation Note:
Final pay will be determined by the hiring manager based on the candidate’s experience, skills, certifications, and training.

🦷 About the Role

As a Pediatric Dental Assistant, you will support the doctor during pediatric procedures while helping children feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit.

⚠️ Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; however, some dental experience is required for this role.

👧 Responsibilities May Include

🦷 Assisting the doctor during pediatric dental procedures
😁 Helping children feel calm, comfortable, and supported
🧼 Preparing and turning over treatment rooms
🪥 Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection-control standards
📋 Supporting charting and documentation as needed
🤝 Working closely with the dental team to keep the day running smoothly
✨ Creating a welcoming, kid-friendly experience for patients and families

✅ What We’re Looking For

✅ Comfortable and passionate about working with children
✅ Some dental experience required
✅ Available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
✅ Positive, patient, and friendly attitude
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
✅ Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
✅ CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
✅ Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus

🚗 Travel Requirement

This role may require travel between Absolute Dental office locations. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling between offices as needed.
