This state-owned and operated facility, located in West Yuma, is divided into 60 long-term care beds, plus a 20-bed memory care unit. ASVH-Yuma features single occupancy rooms, each with an ADA-approved, en suite bathroom. Residents enjoy customized services, comfort, dignity and warm social connections through a variety of activities and outings with staff, other Veterans and the community. Qualifications: Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
Active state license
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
