Part-Time NP / PA-C - Occupational Medicine
Hatfield, PA | 2-3 Days Per Week | $60-$75/hr

Industry Health Solutions is hiring a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified to join our Occupational Medicine Health Unit in Hatfield, PA.
This is a great opportunity for a clinically confident provider who enjoys occupational medicine, musculoskeletal care, injury management, and working as part of a collaborative onsite healthcare team.
You will work alongside physical therapists, athletic trainers, certified medical assistants, injury prevention specialists, and case managers to provide high-quality care to employees in an employer-sponsored occupational health setting.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat workplace injuries, including sprains, strains, lacerations, contusions, burns, and chemical exposures.
- Perform DOT physicals and occupational medical screenings.
- Support treatment planning, documentation, and return-to-work decisions.
- Perform procedures such as suturing and joint injections, as appropriate.
- Collaborate with case management and workers' compensation teams.
- Help employees stay safe, healthy, and productive at work.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Pennsylvania NP or PA-C in good standing.
- Strong orthopedic / musculoskeletal skills.
- Preferably 2+ years of clinical experience.
- Occupational medicine experience preferred.
- Confident communicator who can work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule
- Part-time / per diem.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- 8-10 hour day shifts.
- Potential for 2-3 days per week.
- In-person role in Hatfield, PA.
Pay
$60.00-$75.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and occupational medicine expertise.
