We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and student-centered Music Teacher to bring energy and inspiration to our PK–8 learners through engaging general music instruction.
- Teach general music to students in Preschool through 8th grade
- Direct and lead the school choir program for students in grades 3–8.
- Co-direct the junior high musical production.
- Foster a love of music through singing, movement, instruments, and creativity
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel confident participating
- Introduce foundational music concepts in fun, meaningful ways
- Collaborate with staff and contribute to a vibrant school community
Requirements
- Passion for music education and working with children of all ages
- Ability to engage a wide range of learners—from our littlest performers to middle school students
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Teaching experience preferred
