Summary
The Merchandiser is responsible for stocking, rotating, and merchandising products within assigned retail accounts to ensure company standards are met. They also build displays, install promotional materials, and maintain positive relationships with retail customers.
Job Description
At Glazer's Beer & Beverage, we bring some of the most recognized beer brands to retailers across Texas. We're looking for energetic, dependable individuals who enjoy working independently and creating great-looking retail displays.
What You'll Do
- Stock and merchandise beer products at grocery, convenience, and retail accounts
- Build and maintain displays
- Rotate product and ensure freshness
- Organize backstock and coolers
- Maintain pricing and point-of-sale materials
- Represent our brands professionally in retail accounts
Schedule
- 25-30 hours per week
- Heavy evening and weekend availability required
- Additional hours may be available during holidays and peak selling seasons

- Starting pay: $17.25 per hour

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Smartphone for work-related communication and reporting
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stock product throughout the workday
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
