Anytime Fitness is looking for a motivated Membership Sales / Member Coach to help grow our club while creating an exceptional experience for every member. If you're outgoing, goal-oriented, and passionate about fitness, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:  Welcome prospective members and conduct club tours. Help people choose the membership that best fits their goals. Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email. Schedule and conduct Fitness Consultations. Build relationships with new and existing members. Support member retention through regular check-ins. Keep the club clean, organized, and inviting. Contribute to a fun, positive team culture.

What We're Looking For:  A Friendly, outgoing personality. Strong communication and customer service skills. Sales experience is helpful but not required—we provide training. Self-motivated and dependable. Comfortable working toward individual and team goals. Passion for health and fitness. Willingness to become a Certified Personal Trainer within 6–12 months (company guidance available)

Part-Time (Approximately 12+ hours/week)

Required Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm

Additional hours may be available based on business needs.
