Part Time Maintenance Technician

Job Details: Job Location: Oakhaven MH and RV Park - Memphis, TN, Salary Range: $12.50 - $14.00Hourly, We are currently looking for a part-time Maintenance Technician for a mobile home park in Memphis TN (15 hours per week)

Maintenance Technicians perform a variety of general maintenance tasks that require strong troubleshooting skills and proficient knowledge of:

Building and facility maintenance.
Plumbing and electrical systems.
Submeter utility systems and meter reading (gas, electric, and water).
Groundskeeping and landscape.
Swimming pool maintenance.
General carpentry.

Qualifications: Desired skills and experience:

Skilled in operating various hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Available to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside of normal business hours.
1 year of general maintenance experience (property management experience a plus)

 COMPENSATION:  $12.50-$14 per hour. 15 hours per week
