Part Time Maintenance - Oswego, NY
Maintenance Job Details:
- Part Time Thursday through Monday with additional hours as needed
- $18 per hour with opportunity for growth
Maintenance Job Requirements:
- Hardworking, motivated and efficient.
- Must have maintenance experience in a business setting with good attention to detail.
- Prefer candidate with a high energy level.
- Reliable transportation required.
Performs the general maintenance repairs, apartment make ready, and preventive maintenance of daycare, apartment & restaurant business group. This includes but is not limited to the daily operations at the property in the areas of landscaping, carpentry, painting, fencing and roofing repairs, HVAC, plumbing, light electrical as well as the performance of all routine and preventative maintenance required to maintain the physical integrity of the property.
