Part-Time Leasing Agent – Clayton Pointe Apartments (Grand Prairie, TX)

Clayton Pointe Apartments is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Agent with ResMan experience to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, have a bubbly personality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the community and apartments.

• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.

• Use ResMan software daily to process leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.

• Respond to calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with excellent customer service.

• Stay informed about leasing specials, community features, and market trends.

• Help maintain a welcoming, professional appearance in the office and throughout the community.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).

• Experience using ResMan (required).

• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.

• Previous leasing or sales experience preferred, but not required – we will train the right person on leasing if you bring the right skills and software knowledge.
