Hefty Rhino Junk Removal is hiring a dependable, hardworking part-time helper to join our crew in Jacksonville, FL.
Pay: $17–$19 per hour + tips
This is a physically active, hands-on position assisting with junk removal jobs at homes, apartments, and commercial properties. Work may include moving furniture, appliances, household items, bulk trash, and other unwanted items.
This position is a good fit for someone looking for part-time work, additional hours, or a flexible physical labor position.
Responsibilities
- Lift, carry, load, and unload furniture, appliances, and other heavy or bulky items
- Assist with residential and commercial junk removal jobs
- Safely move items through homes, apartments, stairways, hallways, and tight spaces
- Load and organize items safely in the truck
- Use hand trucks, dollies, straps, and other basic equipment
- Spot the driver when backing or maneuvering the truck
- Sweep, rake, and clean work areas before leaving
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers and property staff
- Follow company safety procedures and instructions
- Assist at disposal sites when needed
- Help keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
