Join our team at Franklin Park at Greenbelt Station as a Grounds Technician! As a vital part of our apartment community, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance of our community. Your responsibilities will include lawn care, landscaping, trash removal, and overall property upkeep. We're looking for a dedicated individual who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for our residents. This is a part - time position, Saturday-Sunday-Monday.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine landscaping and groundskeeping tasks
- Ensure lawns, flower beds, and common areas are well-maintained
- Remove litter and debris from the property
- Assist with property inspections and maintenance projects
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address resident requests
