Schedule for Part-time Friday Office Clerk
- Every Friday
- 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities for Part-time Friday Office Clerk
- Accept and process customer payments
- Hand out vehicle titles to customers
- File and organize documents
- Assist with sale day paperwork and administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to buyers and sellers
- Support the office team with other sale day functions as needed
Requirements
Qualifications for Part-time Friday Office Clerk
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and office equipment knowledge
- Ability to work accurately with payments and documents
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Previous office, cashiering, or customer service experience preferred

On a weekly basis we consign over 1,000 cars and have over 900 attending dealers, which does two things: sells cars for the consignors, and provides a great selection for the buyers.
