Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-time Floor Technician . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional floor care, including hands-on experience operating and maintaining floor-cleaning equipment.
Schedule:
- Part-time
- Monday - Friday 5:00PM - 9:00PM
Pay: $17
Responsibilities:
- Stripping, refinishing floor
- Scrubbing ceramic tile
- Burnishing floor
- Cleaning of carpets / Carpet Extraction
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, removing trash, etc.
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Complete other duties as assigned, for example Window washing (interior and exterior) Power washing
Requirements:
- Floor care experience plus custodial experience is required.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Ability to clean in a medical setting
- 18 years of age or older with valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a federal background check with no past or pending criminal charges.
- Ability to pass a drug test (including for THC)
- Ability to work efficiently while upholding company’s quality standards
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members
