Part-Time Field Marketing Representative
Militello Painting & Powerwashing is looking for a reliable, motivated person to help grow our local marketing program.
This is a field-based role. You’ll be out in local neighborhoods helping us create visibility through flyers, door hangers, yard signs, local events, and community outreach.
This is a good fit for someone who likes being active, enjoys working independently, and is interested in learning more about marketing, sales, or business development.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver flyers and door hangers in targeted neighborhoods
- Place and track yard signs in approved areas
- Follow assigned maps, routes, and daily priorities
- Track activity using a GPS/app-based system
- Take photos and send daily recaps of completed work
- Support local events, home shows, or community outreach when needed
- Represent Militello professionally in the community
- Help identify strong neighborhoods for future marketing efforts

- Able to follow directions and complete assigned routes
- Good communicator

- Comfortable using a smartphone
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Interested in growing into marketing, canvassing, sales support, or business development
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone
- Ability to walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Must be dependable and accountable for assigned work
Schedule
This is a part-time hourly position with consistent weekly hours.
Typical shifts will be scheduled during weekday mornings or afternoons. Occasional weekend event support may be available depending on company needs.
Pay
$18–$22 per hour based on experience.
Bonus opportunities may be available based on performance, lead generation, and campaign results.

It is important to him to stay knowledgeable to make sure that we can bring you the best, most up to date services the industry has to offer. Last year, Christian received his lead-paint safety certification from the EPA.
