Part-Time Event Sales Specialist - Colorado

WHO WE NEED: A dynamic and charismatic sales person who is genuinely excited to help us in our mission to make the world a more comfortable place!

PURPOSE OF POSITION: Frontline brand ambassador focused on selling Furniture For Life products at regional Costco and other third party events, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

TOP PRIORITY FUNCTIONS:

• Confidently present Furniture For Life products in a way that contributes to our best-in-class reputation for quality and service
• Passionately and aggressively maximize all sales opportunities
• Work within the framework of the company’s defined policies, procedures, goals, and directives to achieve top-line sales results and bottom-line profitability
• Maintain professional courtesy with associates and customers at all times
• Manage the merchandising, setup and teardown of booth spaces
• Administrative responsibilities including email, online timesheets, expense reports, team conference calls, etc.

WORKING CONDITIONS/SAFETY HAZARDS:

• Remote work from varying locations in Colorado (majority in the Front Range)
• Constant standing and moving in a retail warehouse or similar environment for entire shift, except during meal and rest periods
• Potential for repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, stooping, and kneeling
• Required to follow all safety guidelines set forth by remote location management

PAY CLASS & RANGE:

• Part-Time; Variable Hour; Non-Exempt
• $20.00/hour

COMMISSION ELIGIBLE:

• Position specific commission structure

Requirements

TO PERFORM FUNCTIONS EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY:

• Advanced retail selling skills
• Powerful, practiced verbal communication skills
• Ability to work alone or in teams depending on the type and scope of each task/challenge
• Exceptional time management skills
• Basic computer skills and access to a smartphone comparable device
• Must live in the Denver Metro or surrounding areas
• Must be punctual and have reliable transportation
• Adherence to all policies set forth by remote location management, as well as all FFL Brands LLC company policies

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years DTC sales experience or 2+ years customer service experience with high customer interaction
• Experience working remotely with a firm understanding of best practices for communication with remote teams
