Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct evening crew operations to ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standards
- Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Coordinate daily task assignments and workflow among team members
- Communicate progress updates, issues, and concerns to management
- Inspect completed work for quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Assist with resolving on-site issues and provide guidance to crew members as needed
- Maintain accurate records of hours, materials, and daily activity logs
Requirements:
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in contracting, construction, or a related field preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work evening hours on a part-time schedule
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of job site safety standards and best practices
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Must be located in or able to commute to Nashville, TN
