The Role

Scale Media's e-commerce team is looking for a part-time intern to support our team. Your first long term project would be to build out, test, and QA  upsell funnels across our brands (1MD, Live Conscious, Essential Elements). You'll work hands-on in Shopify Plus, helping turn funnel ideas into live, working experiences. Then you’ll make sure they run flawlessly and convert as expected.

What You'll Do

• Build and configure upsell funnel flows (post-purchase, in-cart, checkout upsells) in Shopify Plus
• Set up and launch A/B tests on upsell offers, sequencing, and creative
• QA new funnels end-to-end before launch — checking logic, tracking, pricing, and mobile/desktop rendering
• Validate that funnel data (conversion events, revenue attribution) is flowing correctly into reporting/analytics tools
• Document funnel setups, test results, and known issues
• Flag bugs or edge cases to the CRO/analytics team and help triage fixes

What We're Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate with a degree in marketing, business, math, computer science, data, or a related field
• Detail-oriented - Able to methodically test and QA a live funnel step by step
• Comfortable navigating web apps/platforms (Shopify experience a plus, not required)
• Basic understanding of A/B testing concepts (control vs. variant; statistical significance is a bonus, not required)
• Interest in e-commerce and growth/CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently on defined tasks

• $25/hr part-time (10-29 hours per week, flexible. Fully Remote)
• Reports to the e-commerce team
