Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Part-Time Dental Hygienist for an established outpatient dental practice in White Knoll, South Carolina.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join an established outpatient dental practice providing preventive and patient-centered care
• Work alongside an experienced clinical team in a well-organized practice environment
• Manage a quality-focused patient schedule averaging 6-8 patients per day
• Opportunity to increase earnings through a production incentive program
• Flexible part-time weekday schedule with no weekend requirements

COMPENSATION
• Base Hourly Pay: $40-$44 Based on Experience
• Eligible to earn 30% of production when averaging $250 per patient
• Many hygienists earn the equivalent of $50+ per hour through the production incentive program

SCHEDULE
• Part-Time (1-2 Days Per Week)
• Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
• No Weekends

ROLE
• Provide preventive dental hygiene services
• Perform periodontal assessments and routine hygiene treatment
• Deliver patient education and oral health counseling
• Document patient care accurately
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Active South Carolina Dental Hygienist License REQUIRED
• Comfortable Providing Preventive Dental Care REQUIRED
• Strong Patient Education Skills REQUIRED
• Ability To Collaborate With Dentists And Clinical Staff REQUIRED
